A POEM A DAY - SQUIRRELING

Today I would like to share one of my brother's fabulous photos. He has a great eye and patience for nature photography and I am grateful to be able to use his work in future posts. This week I spotted a squirrel on a telegraph post on a wooded path near my home. It stared at me for minutes as I tried to capture it with my camera. Then in a flash of tail it leaped into the pine branches and was gone. Like with his amazing bird photographs, I appreciate the skill that goes into such images.

With thanks to Chris Knight
