A POEM A DAY - TRACKS

On the dusty trail through pines near my village I noticed a deep marked bird track in the dry mud where the road widened to turn a corner.  Looking around we spotted prints of boar, fox and two different slithery snake marks. It seemed like the creatures were dancing under the crescent moon.
